You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the order within 14 working days after receipt of the goods and to send the goods back to us without giving reasons. This right of withdrawal only applies to consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act and not to entrepreneurs. In the event of a withdrawal, the goods must be returned completely and properly packaged, in an unused and resalable condition. Custom-made items, such as personalized items of clothing or orders made to customer specifications, are excluded from the right to return or withdraw.

Put the item (s) you want to return in the package, seal it properly and choose a shipping service that you think is appropriate to return the goods.
The shipping costs are at your expense (except when the goods are exchanged): Make sure that you use a shipping service that insures you for the value of the items you return. Since we cannot guarantee a refund for items lost in the mail, we recommend that you request proof of shipping / tracking from your shipping service provider. We will refund the price you paid for your item by transferring it to your bank account (shipping costs not included). Returns will be credited to the payment details provided at the time of the order.
The invoice amount to be reimbursed can be reduced by us accordingly if items are impaired by signs of use, damaged or incomplete.
With the withdrawal period of 14 days, Saturday is not a working day. The period begins on the day the goods are received by the buyer. If ordered goods are exchanged, we will cover the shipping costs for the return within Austria / Germany / Switzerland & the Netherlands. The prerequisite for this is that the customer contacts us by phone or email within 14 working days of receiving the goods in order to agree on details of the exchange (packaging, shipping company, etc.). However, if the goods are returned without informing us in advance, we will not reimburse the shipping costs for the return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. So make sure that they are properly packed and cannot be damaged on the way! All goods are checked when they are returned. We strive to accept all returns and returns to us do not have to be in the original packaging.
